As I have always said in previous reviews, Johnny Munoz, Amber T. and Tasha Smith as well as the maintenance team has always been excellent with me. Today was another example of excellence. Johnny was able to work out a problem for me and I must say it was HIGHLY appreciated. The leasing team are definitely pro-tenants and I just wanted to say that I am glad to give Centre Club 5 stars because despite any misunderstandings this team will work with you in any matters. And if you need maintenance, the leasing team will make sure you are covered.
I moved here a few months ago and I love it, I moved from a house after 13 years and was nervous about being in an apartment but it has been positive experience all around. The ladies in the from office are amazing and super sweet. Jimmy, one of our maintenance men is so pleasant and he is quick to fix any problems. He super friendly and always says hi, I really feel at home here, my neighbors and the tenants are great too 😊

Past month I have a problem with my refrigerator and I requested to have it replaced my service person name with Juan he was amazing he remove the old refrigerator he mopped and swept the floor from the old refrigerator and then he put the new refrigerator in for me he was amazing triple Star's .

So after the refrigerator I start having problems with my water heater I haven't had heat for 5 or 6 days I called the emergency number and Juan responded as well as Mr. Raul and the 2 of them worked it out for me to receive a new water heater today 03/03/23. I am so excited to know that I can have heat. We have very good maintenance guys on this property and they should all be commended for their services. So I give more than 5 stars to Raul Juan and Jimmy for great service in assisting me with a new water heater.
